OMG where do I start. I texted Sam he came out checked my chimney within 2 days I got my estimate from him. Awesome price! May I say. Texted him back after a wk, booked a date. Sam and his partner did an amazing job taking down our 30ft chimney. It was difficult to access with a neighbour's new glass awning next to it and really hot weather. He protected all the glass well and very methodically got the whole thing down in one day. Roof repair was done well and all cleanup done.

The fireplace in our 42 year old home was leaking every time it rained heavy. Sam re-pointed the chimney and repaired the flashing. He was honest about what worked needed (and not worth) to be done, both for the chimney and other repairs around the house. No more leaks, even after 'atmospheric river' rain! Pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Would recommend without hesitation.

Sam came by the day after I asked for a quote and gave a fair estimate and didn’t pressure me into making a decision. He finished the job quickly and tidied the premises and volunteered to help me with an issue with my fireplace dampener at no extra cost. Definitely would recommend and will engage his services again for future work.
